I have had such great experience from the time I reported being in an accident. The entire process has been smooth. Every person that assisted me was very professional, caring and polite. Although, I was in an accident, I was very calm due to the level of professionalism each consultant provided. I do not regret taking Outsurance’s insurance cover. I might not have all the names of all tha assisted me but I know it shows on my profile and each of them have been amazing. I am truely grateful.
