The next was that they assisted me without the many security questions other insurances asks. They claim process was quick and by the time I got off the phone I already received my claim details via sms and this was followed by a call from glassfit to advise me that they received the information from outsurance regarding my claim. And I received a follow up call the next day from insurance to ask if I have been contacted and whetether there was anything else they could assist me with
