I have better cover, may I have my R800
As per your promise, May I kindly receive my R800.
I did get a quote from your sales agents. My insurance provider than had a much better deal than Outsurance. I then asked to send a copy of my policy which I did.
That was the last time I got any communication. Please pay me my money.
