I have been wowed

I have been wowed. Before having to claim, I was nervous because I'd heard negative stories about people needing to go to the Ombudsman to get straightforward claims paid. My experience has been the opposite. Last week I woke up to a burst geyser. I used the app for an emergency plumbing issue, was phoned almost immediately and a plumber arrived within about 15 mins to check. The app told me what to do such as turn power and water off at the mains. By the afternoon my geyser had been replaced. The agent, Mpho who I dealt with was so helpful and empathetic. I've been beset by some bad luck with a few house issues and Outsurance has consistently maintained good service. This geyser problem was just a step beyond good, which is why I've called it amazing.
