I have been with them for more than 20 yrs. Never experienced challenges with claims. When having financial issues they reduce premiums without any changes on benefits. As a pensioner my premiums don't increase. I am very thankful for Outsurance and service provided to me. Traffic pointers doing a amazing job with passion. Very friendly and patient staff who listens and refer. Aways calling you back when line fails.Outbonus! Oh my God always looking forward for the next one. I will never opt for any other insurance.
