I have been with Outsurance off and on for the past 15 years or so. First, was through a 3rd party cover for my vehicle and subsequently for a comprehensive cover for a 2nd vehicle. Outsurance always keeps to their promises. Once I had a broken down vehicle, their towing assistance was on hand within 10 minutes to assist. At another time, they had mistakenly charged me a higher amount because my premiums had dropped, I didn't even need to call them to rectify. They refunded me within 5 days. Wow. We hear many horror stories about other insurance companies but never Outsurance. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they absolutely deserve it. Keep up the good work.
