I have been with OUTsurance for quite a while, and by grace, I only had to put in a claim once before. This claim was handled speedily, and my customer (3rd party) was paid out, even before I completed the job. I always have peace of mind that OUTsurance has my back, and I can solely focus on my work. Recently, I added my son's car to my portfolio, and the process was fast and easy. The sales agent asked me about additional services required, and put me in touch with the sales agent doing life and illness cover. What a pleasure it was to work with her. She answered all of my questions so patiently, and trust me, I had a LOT.😉 After several quotes and discussion, back and forth, I could choose the option that best suits my needs. I can unfortunately not remember my sales agent's name, but she is an absolute angel in disguise. Thanks for your brilliant service. It was a real pleasure working with you.🙌
