I have been with outsurance for over 20 years and have experienced the most brilliant service. The car insurance has been reliable with claims dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I also had a pet insurance policy and when my little dog crossed over the claim was sorted with no delay and much empathy and kindness. There has never been a time when telephone staff have not been really helpful going the extra mile to assist.
