I have been with Outsurance for many years and have always has fantastic service but with my critical illness benefit they were absolutely exceptional. Where my other insurers left me with stacks of paperwork, Outsurance handled everything, contacted doctors directly, and settled with no delays. They even assigned me a personal agent that was in contact every step. Fantastic service!
