I have been with Outsurance for just over a year

I have been with Outsurance for just over a year. I must everytime I have dealt with them it has been nothing but professional and especially fast. I am not the easiest customer, and their patience with me is incredible. They always make sure that they answer my questions and queries. My most recent experience with a guy called Fez, was once again brilliant as I was complaining about an increase In monthly car insurance rate. Within minutes, my query was dealt with and they reduced my premium. Absolutely brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone. They are by far the most professional short term insurance company I have ever dealt with. Well done Outsurance.
