I have been with Outsurance for in excess of 20 years and I have only had excellent, beyond my expectations, service and claims experience. I have had many approaches to change insurer but have had not the slightest temptation to go anywhere else. They have been particularly helpful in emergency situation like double locking my keys in my car, where I was brought my spare keys from home to my car 250kms away when I was in the bush.
