I have been with Outsurance for a number of years and was lured away to another insurer with a cheaper premium. To get any person on the line to do a policy change at the other insurer seemed to be an impossible task and after two such changed that made we want to pull the hair from my head, I went back to Outsurance. I did a policy change today and was assisted by a friendly, competent agent. What an absolute pleasure! My thanks to the whole Outsurance team, it was definitely the correct decision to place my trust where it belongs.
