I have been with Outsurance for a few years, I have had a few claims which were attended to by professional and friendly staff. The two outstanding claims were: In 2023 I was involved in a motorbike bike accident, my son dealt with the claim due to me being in hospital. The claims advisor called me, showed sympathy and paid my claim within 72 hours, he also sent me a get well gift to cheer me up and offered my counselling if I needed.This was awesome. The second one was the passing of my companion and family pet Junior. The advisor also didn't hesitate to send a word of condolence to my family and I. She also assisted with my claim within 48 hours. The car claim and other small claims were professionally handled.
