I have been with outsurance for 4years, have had seamless claims with them and now I wanted to cancel my insurance due to financial difficulties and they reviewed my policy and my instalment reduced without reducing benefits. Moreover I have never dealt with an unfriendly person, they are all friendly, explain thoroughly and return calls promptly.
