I have been with Outsurance for 2 years and 5 months and although I have no really claimed much, but the few interactions I have had with them were super professional, efficient, informative and just overall friendly. Irregardless of the ethnicity of the person on the other end of the line, they always are respectful and helpful. My mother has been with Outsurance for more than 16 years and she always ALWAYS vouches for them, so it was no brain teaser when I had to choose an insurance for myself. I definitely would choose them again given the chance, and I definitely would recommend them to someone else (I already have multiple times).
