I have been with Outsurance for 18 years and during that time I’ve only needed to claim once for my car insurance and twice for household insurance. In December 2025, my television suddenly stopped working. Unsure of how to proceed, I contacted Outsurance and was assisted by Kagiso Sihlangu. Kagiso treated me with respect, guided me through the process, and even managed to make me laugh along the way. Considering it was the festive season, I expected the claim to take weeks. To my surprise, the entire process was completed within just three days, and my TV was replaced without any hassle.
