I have been with an insurer for 16 years with no claims

I have been with an insurer for 16 years with no claims. I always told myself that it would be foolish to change insurer. I have a Hyundai i20 and recently bought a Kia Sonet for my daughter. I needed to change the regular driver to my daughter who moved to Pretoria. The access was R29 100.00 and the premium would increase by 25% for both vehicles. My broker asked, " Do you want the best, then give Outsurance a call". Still skeptical, I reluctantly did. Wow, I spoke to a gentleman named Solomon. He was the most pleasant and knowledgeable explaining every type of cover that would suit my daughter and I. In 30 minutes my insurance premium was reduced by R800 with identical cover AND my access was dropped to R6500. Imagine that $$$, saving. I still cannot believe I was so stupid not to give Outsurance a call. 16 years and I did not listen to my broker. I wish I could kick myself.
