I have been insured with. Outsuranc for the last four years. Fortunately I have, as yet, made no claims against my policy. My dealings with them has been mostly telofonic. The real pleasure is that when you contact them the phone is answered immediately, (surprise No one) Ask your questions and get intelligent and cleare answer's to your questions. (surprise No two) This indicates to me a well run organisation, sloppy telephone answering indicates a firm with sloppy work ethic. Stuart Falconer
