I have been an Outsurance client since 2006 when first bought a car I liked. Outsurance walked with me this journey as it was first time I joined any insurance.i gained trust in them in such a way that when i bought my first house in 2008 I still chose them as my insurer. There was a time I was not employed in 2018 but I never missed any payment until a certain day when ****s broke my main water switch which led to break down of my geyser that's when I felt a pinch because I had to pay an excess which was too hard for me due to financial crisis. I did find money for excess but also asked for my old geyser so I will re sell to metal s****yard the response was it was not allowed. During the argument I told them ,they had no idea how it felt to be unemployed. They felt so bad but compensate by giving me a voucher for grocery I remember I also bought a small cake for it was my birthday 5 April . I will forever be grateful to Outsurance. I tell everyone
