I have been a loyal client of Outsurance for over 12 years. I even in the past declined offers from other insurance companies. Recently I bought a new vehicle, and the quote they gave me were exorbitant. No amount of pleading from my side could the installment be reduced by the consultant who only said "that's the best they can do. Suffice to say, I seek out one of their competitors for a better quote. I subsequently cancelled my Outsurance policy.
