I have been a highly satisfied Outsurance client for nearly 20 years. Everytime I have to deal with them I am met with warm professionalism and a can-do attitude. In December 2024 I had to replace my vehicle and the premium they offered on the new vehicle was excellent. Sadly, someone has just reversed into the car and Outsurance, starting with Mildred, to the Assessor to the Legal Dept, have just been fantastically supportive and communicative. It is 5 star treatment for which I am so grateful.
