I have been a customer of Outsurance for probably over 20 years, and I have had amazing service from them. I have never had problems when having to claim and their additional services are also extremely useful and really handy when you really need someone. Yesterday morning I woke up to a cold shower, my geyser element had packed up. One quick call to make use of Help@Out and they had dispatched a plumber to me and within an hour my geyser was repaired and my family could enjoy a warm bath again. Friendly, helpful staff that follow up, really amazing service, especially considering service levels that most companies provide these days! Thanks to the Outsurance team!
