I have been a client for the past 4 and half years and have always received excellent service with them. They have always handled my claims efficiently and kept me updated. The staff at the call center provide a good service friendly and efficient. Always willing to assist and give you a good deal.They keep to their promises and follow up with emails. If there is an emergency they keep you updated with SMS telling you whose is on the way and approximate time that they will be there to assist.
