I have a pet insurance policy and my experience with Outsurance has been outstanding. Within a day or two of submitting a claim online , an advisor will call and check on your dog first before requesting further docs or confirming payment of claim. I have claimed on a few occasions now and have not yet had any issues. The app is also smooth with a nice UI.
