I have a mortgage property at 3 Bushman Secunda, operating as a Montessori preschool and ran by my Daughter Chantal plus minus a year ago the Electrical Hot water until situated in the Roof started leaking from the Geaser hot water, the plumber failed to inform your company that I requested the hot water until to be moved to the outside of the building for safety reasons, as we have toddlers occupies the class room during the day. Because the Plumber did not inform OutSurance of my request OutSurance informed me that the Unit will not be moved to outside of the building. After a lot of correspondence between me and OutSurance staff dealing with my claim, that got me hot under the Coller at times, I must compliment your staff that handled the situation very professionally, eventually the hot water until was moved to outside of the building. Thanks again OutSurance for the way you handled my case.👏🏻
