I have a lot of changes and some claims the past 12 or more years with Outsurance and not a single time I have a problem ,All the personnel were extremely helpful and friendly and assist me in any way possible .I did recommend Outsurance to all my friends and family and did convince quite a few to make that call and Change.When any other insurance called me in the past I told them right from the start of the conversation that I am with Outsurance and am very happy and I dont want them to waste their time or mine and end the conversation.I even receive more incentives since I am on Pension and will definitely continue my relationship with Outsurance
