I had to take out cover on vehicle upon purchase but keep my existing vehicle insurance active unfortunately during the process incorrect items were added and removed and hence took much longer to rectify. Still managed to complete what had to be done. However there were typos in terms of registration numbers of the car which again is a mission to rectify so all in all a little frustrating. Staff were friendly and helpful although some foolproofing would not hurt.
