I had to sort an administrative issue this morning. After already having a conversation yesterday, I thought they will get fedup with this lady. To my surprise, the Customer care Consultant Chantal (sorry if spelled wrongly) assisted me quickly and the best of all, the line cut off. It was two ticks and she called me back. Usually with other companies the call will just be left non- returned. I was very happy with her friendly and quick service. Even after technology failed us, she remained trying to assisting me. Thank you. It made my Friday at the office even more worthwile. Thank you OUTSURANCE!
