I had to make a few changes on my car insurance policy and the lady at the call centre was so helpful, kind and friendly. She amended my policy within minutes. She was highly knowledgeable and able to assist me efficiently and in the most friendly manner. It has been a long time since I have experienced such wonderful customer service.
