I had to get n no claim bonus letter from Outsurance for the garage insurance they damaged my front window. My var went in for normal service and when they took my car for a test drive they did not close the bonnett and it hit my front window. My car is now already 3 weeks not with me i sometimes have to take a uber and it cost me a lot of money and i am only a pensioner. I called outsurance for a no claim bonus letter and the lady was so kind and helpgul even send that keyter to the garage insurence to help them sort my matter out. I would refer any person to outsurance anytime. Thank you so much.
