I had to claim last year when my Swiss Shepherd, Getafix, got a thorn in his eye. The staff I had to speak to were extremely empathetic and helpful and made the processing easy. The claim was sent in late afternoon, and I had a phibecall to say the money would be in my account the very next day. I also received a get- well card and toy for Getafix in the post. I don't think anything about the incident could have been handled any better. A big Thank you!
