I had to claim benefits from my critical illness cover after I received some feedback form the Dr. The claim process was easy fast and effective. The reply to my initial claim was addressed within 2 hours and after I have submitted all documents, it was only a day before I was called by the assessor, Johan Greeff who explained the process forward clearly. I then received some documents from him to complete and sent it back after completion. He phoned me regularly to inform me what the status was and within 1 week he phoned me to inform me that the claim was reviewed and approved. Now That is service!!!!!
