I had the smoothest Warranty claim process ever. I have never claimed before but with the bad rep insurance companies usually have, I did not expect my process to go smoothly. From the day I logged my claim to finalisation, Rudolph Van Eeden was there for every enquiry and worry I had. After my claim was logged, all it took was 2 hours and he had finalised everything.
