I had the most pleasant call with one of your Agents (Stephen Ntone) what a humble person. He went with me through the process of applying for a funeral cover step by step. He was patient enough because of the barriers I had while we where on the call. Which was a wonderful experience for me. He made sure that I understand the products that you offer and the benefits that come with the package. I was impressed with his work and how he handled the whole process.
