I had the absolute pleasure of crossing paths with Pearladi Mabusela from Outsurance. Her enthusiasm and commitment to assist me as a new potential Outsurance customer was beyond expectation. The interfaces with her resulted in concluding a car insurance policy. In addition I received a call from another staff member to ensure my queries were resolved. Outsurance deserve the accolades they receive for service and incredible rates versus their competitors who paled in comparison in terms of service and high rates. 10 out of 10!!!!
