I had such awesome experience from Outsurance. The lady I dealt with, 'KAR', acted in good faith, showed lots of patience, called back with updates regularly, and listened to me when the automotive repairs where I took my vehicle showed impatience and little regard for me, or my actual situation. She turned my unpleasant experience with them into a speedy resolution with OUTsurance - what an ambassador for OUTSURANCE!!! Well done, and thanks Kerry!
