I had such an amazign experience with my claims, I was in the unfortunate situation where my car was involved in 2 accidents, the claim process was so simple and easy and I felt like I could relax the moment my claim was fully submitted. I was then assigned an amazing Autobody shop (Tekton Wynberg) and the service I received from them was impeccable. I was very well taken care of by Renee and the rest of he team, I specifically remember Emily welcoming me when I checked the car in, Angela was so sweet and accommodating on the phone and in person, Faldi was a superman in terms of delivering our vehicle and Renee’s attention to my every need was outstanding.
