I had R230,000 worth of photography equipment

My photographic equipment valued at R230,000 was ****** from my car as a result of signal blocking.Within minutes the equipment was ****** because my vehicle was not locked.Initially outsurance offered a R10,000 goodwill payment because it is their policy and quite rightly so that there were no signs of forced entry.My daughter wrote a letter to them appealing to their humanity.This equipment had been collected over many years and I had retired on5.1.15.I could not afford to replace the equipment.During my retiremnent photography was going to be my life.<br> Outsurance reversed their decision but over and above this bent over backwards to ensure that my equipment was replaced within a week as I was due to leave on a Kalahari trip within that week.<br> To all those involved at Outsurance Thank you very much
