I had outstanding annual premiums for December 2025 and I was dreading calling them knowing I don't have the money now. So I got a call from Marvin who was truly awesome, he helped me with how I can arrange to pay monthly and I didn't even know that there's that option as it has been an annual fee from my bond. I was super excited as all they needed for that time was pro-rata which was much less and the premium would go off on pay day as per our agreement. Thanks Outsurance and for Marvin's patience with me
