I had my insurance downgraded in 2020 without knowing what the consequences would be. When i enquired about getting a proof of insurance I was told that I do not have comprehensive insurance on my Subaru car, only on all the others. I then asked them to rectify this. They correct this and I proceeded on my trip to Zim. On the way back the car broke down. I was able to enjoy towing benefits which I would not have enjoyed had I not corrected the iinsurance cover a week earlier. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted about this.
