I had my car window broken by a *****. I called Outsurance to claim the repairs of the glass. Mariam from the claims department handled my claim. Initially, I was concerned because my debit order for the August premium did not go through. This happened because my phone was hacked and my bank account was blocked. Shantie allowed me to pay the pro-rata amount. Immediately the payment reflected in the Outsurance account, Autoboy was sent out to my premises and they replaced the class professionally. I was so relieved and I then referred another client to insure their vehicle with Outsurance. Thank you Outsurance!!!
