I had claims I did with them some years back. Consultants engage you from onset regarding merits of your claim and they keep you informed. The institution validated my feelings. During repairs they were willing to pay for accommodation but fortunately I had a place to crush on during that period. During repairs it happened that a Tv broke due to repairs, that was replaced also by outsurance. Due to change of bond I had to change due to requirements of the financial institution. When my bond got settled I moved back to outsurance because I have been with them and know their service.
