I had an unfortunate accident in April 2024, if I tell you I had no struggles with my insurance you wouldn’t believe me right?? I called them after the accident and a tow truck was dispatched and was with me in 15 minutes. The claim process was just as simple. I got my payout (my car was written off) before I finalised my new car purchase. And that was still in April 2024. After the investigation was concluded I received a call for the Law department informing me they had won the case and that I will get my access money back. I got in within two days. To say I am pleased and happy with Outsurance is an understatement.
