I had an excellent experience with Outsurance. The first consultant who contacted me (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) was incredibly helpful and reassuring. She followed up on a minor fender bender from February 2025 and confirmed that everything had already been sorted, which immediately put my mind at ease. I then asked if there was any way to lower my premium, as it was a bit high. She went the extra mile by loading airtime for me and transferring me to the Retentions team to see if they could assist further. That’s when I was assisted by Sipho, who was an absolute gem and a true star. He knew exactly what he was doing, was confident and professional, and didn’t waste time comparing other offers. He came back with a new quote that was only slightly higher, but the value, reassurance, and service he provided made it an easy yes for me.
