I had an awesome experience with the agent , Ms Iris Beharilal. She dealt with my claim with competency and showed compassion throughout our interaction.Shree promised to finalize the claim within 3 to 5 days-- it was resolved in 3 days . Kudos for her efficiency and professionalism . No wonder , with such capable staff , OUTsurance is a brand that is most valued .
