I had an accident on 23 July

I had an accident on 23 July. I called around past 6 in the morning whilst driving to work and I called Outsurance line. I received assistance in less than 20 minutes. The guy came and towed my car. I couldn't do anything on that day due to shock. I only managed to log onto the app the next day to register my claim as advised. After logging in and obtaining a reference number, I called just to confirm if everything was in order. A lady by the name of Rox Van Dyk was so helpful. She was so detailed in explaining what would happen next and what I needed to do. On the sane day they called to advise the location of the car and that the process of attending to it will be done there. The experience of dealing with outsurance was outstanding.
