I've phoned in my claim not sure what to do as I haven't claimed before The person who assisted me with my claim , was exceptionally friendly, helpful My claim was registered, sorted and payed out in the same week. Service was so good that I've not only upgraded my insurance but also referred a family member to join Outsurance
