I had a slight crack in my car's windscrene and I phoned OUTsurance just to find out if my insurance covers it. I was prepared to leave it like that until a later stage but OUTsurance insisted that it be fixed immediately. They kept on reminding me until I had it done. The service was prompt and very efficient.
