I had a situation where my key was locked inside my car and the team from Fifi that first answered the phone until everyone else like Busisiwe Makgato as well as Molefe Matsepa that eventually handled my claim, in fact each and every person I dealt with was absolutely professional and helpful! I would like to extend my absolute congratulations to OUTsurance’s staff and the obvious training that they receive to be able to in a country where we get complacent about “bad” service, be able to absolutely enlighten me and my wife with their outstanding and delightful way we were dealt with to now. We are still busy with PG Autoglass and their team to sort out our window, but even this team they introduced us to was a delight!! Five 🌟
