I had a roof leak and contacted Outsurance(my insurer)

I had a roof leak and contacted Outsurance(my insurer). Meanwhile I got in a builder to quote on and repair the leak. I submitted the quote and an agent called me as I did not send in the supporting evidence. I was blown away by the kind of service I received. I emailed the photographs and within minutes this wonderful agent called back to say that I will receive the money as per the quote the next day. I was expecting to have a lot more fighting, haggling, frustration etc but not of that. As per the agents word, Outsurance paid out the very next day- now thats service excellence at it’s best. Hats off to Outsurance and their awesome team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
